The flexible label for metal products ensures outstanding performance and exceptional item protection when applied to metal surfaces or metal product packaging. It expands item protection capabilities to include SKUs that were difficult, if not impossible, to protect with standard EAS labels. It also offers remarkable range, sensitivity, and detection, as well as uniform deactivation at the point of sale.
Designed for effective use on metal surfaces or metal product packaging, such as canned foods, infant formula, energy drinks, and tools, this stable and robust AM EAS label performs efficiently even after exposure to harsh environmental conditions, particularly during transport and delivery. Available for manual in-store application, this label can also be applied at the manufacturing site. This way, retailers receive shelf-ready items, protected by uniformly affixed labels, which accelerates product receipt and sales.

Environmental Constraints

Temperature:
Maximum storage temperature must not exceed 50 °C (122 °F) for 96 hours at 80% relative humidity.

Humidity:
The product can be subjected to 80% humidity at 50 °C (122 °F) for 96 hours without being affected.

Shelf Life:
Two years from the manufacturing date if labels are stored between 15 °C and 32 °C (60 °F and 90 °F), at 30-80% relative humidity.

• Bias Material: Proprietary semi-hard magnetic material containing iron and nickel
• Adhesive: Double-sided rubber-based adhesive
